These terms apply when you use tripledeck.app and when you buy TRIPLEDECK. TRIPLEDECK is an app by Triple Average. If anything is unclear, email hello@tripledeck.app before you buy.
About Triple Average
In these terms "I" and "me" mean the owner of Triple Average, who makes and sells TRIPLEDECK; "you" means the person using the website or buying the app.
Using this website
Everything on this website (any text, the TRIPLEDECK name and logo, screenshots and videos) belongs to Triple Average. You're more than welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of it with a link leading people back to the original source. Before copying any whole pages or materials, get in touch with me to receive specific permission to do so.
Buying TRIPLEDECK
Your order is processed by Stripe. After completing the purchase you will receive a receipt and invoice by email.
- For this category of purchases, all standard EU regulations are in place.
- Paid downloads, such as ebooks, templates or apps, are digital content: the moment you download them, you have the whole product. That's why, at checkout, you agree that your download is made available straight away and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. You'll get a confirmation of this by email with your receipt.
- As long as you haven't downloaded the product yet, you can still cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- If a download doesn't work, is incomplete, or isn't what was described, you're always entitled to a fix, a replacement or a full refund. Just email me and we'll sort it out.
- For apps, your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the app. Sharing, reselling or redistributing it isn't allowed. All future TRIPLEDECK updates are included free of charge.
- If a specific product comes with its own guarantee or refund window, that's stated on its page and applies on top of these rules.
Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, and get a full refund, as long as your download hasn't started (see above). To withdraw, send a clear message to hello@tripledeck.app; you can use the EU's model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
Liability
Any liability I carry for anything related to TRIPLEDECK is strictly limited to the price you paid for it. Obviously this doesn't limit liability where the law doesn't allow it (such as ill intent or gross negligence). Neither does it take away any rights you have as a consumer.
Complaints
Unhappy about something? Send me an email at hello@tripledeck.app and I'll reply as fast as possible to find a solution together. If we don't manage to figure it out together, you have the right to turn to the conciliation commissions of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg), or to the courts.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
Changes
I might update these terms in the future. If that happens, the version that was online when you bought TRIPLEDECK applies to your purchase.
