Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

I'll keep this simple: as of now I collect as little as possible, I never sell your data, and this website uses no tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Below is exactly what happens with your data, and what you can ask of me.

Who is responsible

TRIPLEDECK is an app by Triple Average. In this policy "I" and "me" mean the company behind Triple Average. This policy covers tripledeck.app and the TRIPLEDECK app. You can reach me about anything privacy-related at hello@tripledeck.app.

What I collect and why

Whenever you visit the website, that visit is counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics. There are no cookies or any other identifiers being saved. According to Cloudflare, which hosts the site, they briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks. This is only done for the purpose of providing you with a workable website, and keeping the site safe from malicious attacks. The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest in a working, secure website.

When you buy TRIPLEDECK, Stripe will process your name, email address, payment details and billing address in order to complete the order. I will never gain access to your card details. I use the information you provide in the checkout process only to properly fulfil your order. Your email address is also stored in MailerLite, so I can send you your download link and let you know when a new version is out. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time with the link in each email. The legal basis for this is fulfilling our agreement, and my legal obligation to keep invoices and accounting records.

When you join the Mac waitlist, I store your name, email address and the message you sent me in MailerLite. I'll only use this to tell you when the Mac version of TRIPLEDECK is out. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

When you email or message me, I might use your questions or comments in a general email if I believe it could be useful to my audience. When I do so, I will NEVER include your name or anything that identifies you. If I do want to speak on your specific situation, I will personally reach out to you to see what you're comfortable with. I will NEVER go against your wishes here. The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest in answering you.

What the TRIPLEDECK app does with your data

Everything you put into TRIPLEDECK (tasks, time logs, money tracked, settings) is stored in a folder on your own computer. I never receive it. The app only goes online for:

In summary, this is where your data is used

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

If you have questions

At any given time you can ask me to provide you with all the data I have kept on you. I am willing to correct, delete or edit anything wherever possible. You can also ask me to limit what I do with your data, object to how I use it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent. Just email me on hello@tripledeck.app. I'll reply as soon as possible, but always within one month. Do note that some records (such as invoices after purchases) are things that I legally have to hold on to.

If you think I'm handling your data wrongly, you can file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or the data protection authority in your own country. I'd appreciate the chance to fix it first, though.

A final word on cookies

This website sets no cookies. If that ever changes, this page will be edited to reflect that.
